l Zero-Max Schmidt Offset Coupling偏置聯(lián)軸器(L200系列、L300系列),為平行偏置軸提供高精度。
l 傳遞常量在大范圍的平行軸未對(duì)準(zhǔn)中的角速度和扭矩,不對(duì)軸或軸承施加側(cè)載荷，并消除徑向軸振動(dòng)。增加偏移不會(huì)造成性能損失,緊湊的設(shè)計(jì)節(jié)省了空間。
案例：
步驟1：列出性能要求
l 馬力H=55(HP)
l 軸轉(zhuǎn)速N=1000(RPM)
l B-10軸承壽命B-10=25000(HRS)
l 與固定軸的偏移PH=2(英寸)
l 可變偏移(如果需要)PA=5(英寸)
步驟2：選擇具有所需偏移特性的聯(lián)軸器。
l 所有偏置聯(lián)軸器都具有低偏置(Smin)和高偏置(Smax)和軸位移的高線性范圍(Sml)。
l 適用于軸之間保持偏移距離的應(yīng)用固定，只需選擇偏移量大于Smin的聯(lián)軸器小于Smax。
l 適用于軸偏移距離在操作過程中發(fā)生變化，選擇線性范圍為位移小于Sml。
